Cancellation Policy

Orders can only be cancelled within 24 hours after purchase. After 24 hours, your order has begun prep for shipment and cannot be cancelled.

Return Policy

Lunilla offers a 30 -day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Your item must be in the same condition as when received: unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
  • You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

  • Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Eligible Products

We accept returns of both opened and unopened products, provided the return request is submitted within our eligible return period and the product is returned in accordance with this policy. Opened products may be returned if they are not excessively used, intentionally damaged, or altered beyond normal inspection or reasonable use. All returned items are subject to inspection upon receipt.

Damages and Issues:
Please inspect your order upon reception. If the item is defective, damaged, or you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately to evaluate the issue and make it right.

European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period:
If merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. Items must be unworn or unused, with tags and in their original packaging, and you’ll need a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds:
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and inform you if the refund was approved. If approved:

  • Refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 10 business days.
  • Please remember that banks or credit card companies may take additional time to post the refund.

Reshipment Policy

Damaged Products:
If an item arrives damaged, it will be reshipped at no cost. as long as receipt of order and proof of damaged item are provided

Orders Marked as Delivered:
If your order is marked as delivered but you have not received it, reshipping will cost $15
