By purchasing a subscription from Lunilla Beauty, you agree to this Subscription Policy, our Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, and Refund Policy.
1. Subscription Terms
Certain products are available as recurring subscriptions.
When you purchase a subscription, you authorize Lunilla Beauty to automatically charge your selected payment method at the billing frequency you choose during checkout until your subscription is cancelled.
Your subscription will continue automatically unless cancelled before your next renewal date.
You are responsible for ensuring your billing information remains accurate and up to date.
2. Managing Your Subscription
You can manage your subscription at any time by:
- Using the Manage Subscription link included in your order confirmation emails.
- Using the Cancel Subscription link available on our website.
- Contacting our support team at support@lunillabeauty.com.
To avoid your next renewal payment, cancellations must be completed before your next scheduled billing date.
Cancelling your subscription prevents future renewals only. It does not cancel or refund orders that have already been processed.
3. Automatic Renewals & Billing
When you purchase a subscription, you authorize Lunilla Beauty to automatically charge your selected payment method according to the billing frequency selected during checkout.
Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled.
You are responsible for ensuring your payment details remain current and valid.
Recurring payments will continue until your subscription has been cancelled successfully.
4. Subscription Changes
You may update or modify your subscription whenever those options are available through your customer portal.
Lunilla Beauty also reserves the right to change subscription pricing, discounts, delivery frequency, available products, or subscription features.
Where required by law, advance notice will be provided before any material pricing changes become effective.
5. Failed Payments
If a scheduled payment cannot be processed, we may:
- Retry the payment.
- Request updated payment information.
- Suspend or cancel the subscription until payment is successfully received.
Lunilla Beauty is not responsible for service interruptions caused by expired cards, insufficient funds, or inaccurate billing information.
6. Subscription Refunds
Subscription orders are governed by our Refund Policy.
Once a recurring payment has been successfully processed and the associated order has entered processing or fulfilment, that renewal charge is generally non-refundable unless otherwise required by applicable law.
Where a return qualifies under our Refund Policy, refund eligibility will be assessed in accordance with that policy.
7. Product Availability
Subscription products are subject to availability.
We reserve the right to discontinue or replace subscription products, modify subscription offers, or end subscription programs at our discretion.
If a subscription product is discontinued, we may provide a comparable replacement, notify you before your next renewal, or cancel future recurring charges.
